I assume that you are talking about the front fork seals, rather than the "bushes" or the Teflon coated bushings that act as "bearings" in the fork tube/slider assembly. Worn bushings can lead to premature failure of the fork seal. I can't really describe in total the proceedure for replacing seals in an e-mail reply, however, the Owner's Video Manual would cover this area very well. If you are not experienced in suspension work I'd take the forks to your local Gas-Gas dealer or a qualified suspension shop. A slight mistake in assembly could cause a serious accident and/or injury as well as a costly repair to your bike. As for the pads, there are some ways to make them serviceable, but I've always found that the best results are had by replacing them. The old pads can be cleaned up by brake cleaning fluid and kept as spares to be used in a pinch.
