Gas-Gas carries formed packing for most of it's mufflers, which is the easiest to install and the best quality. Check with your dealer. If you can't get that, I'd use some good quality packing made just for mufflers like White Brothers or Silent Sport, which you can get at any good off-road motorcycle shop.

As for air filters, the Gas-Gas filters are very good and you know they are going to fit perfect. Your Gas-Gas dealer also probably carries some other brands that will work well too. I've not heard of any problems with any of the aftermarket filters so you probably can't go wrong.
