Now Im third hour in page Gas-Gas, and I think I will here some hour more, because here I found a lot of answers on my questuions... I have one problem with my GAs-Gas 321 - 96. Last season I had problem with cooling, specialy with tubes. I brake gasket in my head of cylinder several times, and several times I change broken rubber tubes. I solve it (I had sharp edge in pump connection, and in this place I still brake tube...), and now I had problem cooler. I need after each riding check level of water, and still is missing about 1 dcl... ..exactly I dont know right volume of water, which I need to have in cooler, and I give there water still to have full cooler, because I have fear from next changing gasket under head of valve. Could You help me?

Your English is excellent, you speak my language MUCH better than I speak
yours! I have the same type of bike as yours, the 96' JTR 370, and I've never had any cooling problems so I think you may possibly have a warped head or cylinder sealing surface, which would allow hot exhaust gas to enter the cooling system. This sometimes happens when an engine is overheated. You may also have a problem with the cooling fan not working or a leak in the cooling system, either one could cause the problem you describe. Another rare possibility could be a problem with the pump impeller or pump gear but this is unusual as the Gas-Gas water pumps are very reliable. The coolant level should be just below the neck of the tube where the radiator cap goes on. If you have a Gas-Gas dealer nearby I'd have him check it out. If not, you or a good motorcycle mechanic might want to look at these areas of the bike.
